The EU sets new standards for cross-border waste shipments

Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1290 will introduce new rules for transboundary waste shipments from May 2026, including the mandatory digitalisation of notification procedures. A transitional arrangement will apply to Annex VII shipments (Green List) until the end of 2026.

For companies and authorities, this means that early preparation is crucial in order to make the transition as smooth as possible and to fulfil the requirements of the new regulation in the best possible way.

    If you are unable to attend despite having registered, please send us a short message. For fee-based webinars, cancellation is possible up to 4 days before the date, or you can nominate a replacement participant from your company free of charge.
